Jesus is the fragrance of springtime. This spring season, may His spirit refresh all of you, renew all of you,
and make all things beautiful. Please join us as we pray for this nation, churches and workers in Japan.
When we do the praying, God does the answering.

News and Prayer Points

Our new worker, Carla, arrived safely in Japan on the 28th of April. Her initial base will be in Hikone.

Spring Retreat in Kyoto Aino church will be held May 17-18. All church members, kids and seekers,
will come to have a good time and worship together. Please pray that all programs go well and safely, and for
Miho Komori our guest speaker.

Some 20 non-Christians and 10 Christians are part of the mid-week gospel choirs held at Rakusai church
and Uzumasa church in Kyoto. On May 31st the Uzumasa choir will do a concert in a hospice for the terminally
ill, and also in May will sing at a wedding. Pray that those present at both events know of God's goodness.

Kaori church’s Easter Picnic was blessed with very nice weather. Three new men also came to the
church service before it, praise God!
